AERO Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2025

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. If order fulfillment is delayed due to special circumstances, AERO will communicate updates via email or on-site notifications.

2. Shipping Time & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking is typically activated within 24 hours, and major carriers update tracking every 24 hours. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, varying by shipping method and location.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

AERO is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please retain all packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Transfer of Responsibility

Once your order confirmation is issued, AERO is no longer responsible for the package. Responsibility at that point lies with the shipping carrier. Any report of loss must be made within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. AERO is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address post-purchase, contact customer support promptly—but changes cannot be guaranteed if the order is already in transit.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

AERO is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by UAE or destination country authorities. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Customer Support

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe or if tracking shows no progress beyond 24–48 hours, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number for assistance.
